Anger Management
Programs

PPWCAS offers Anger Management Programs through either group therapy or individual sessions with behavioral specialists.
 

Our Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) group is specifically designed to help individuals struggling with anger develop alternative coping mechanisms. This twelve-session program focuses on:
 

  • Identifying and managing stressors and anger triggers

  • Restructuring thought processes that contribute to anger outbursts

  • Developing alternative ways to express anger

  • Understanding how past experiences influence present behavior


All team members are thoroughly trained in the anger management curriculum to ensure effective delivery and successful completion of the sessions for our consumers.
