Core Services

Core Services Overview
Our core services begin with a registration period designed to assess the consumer’s need for care comprehensively.
During this registration period, we provide the following services:
- Comprehensive assessment
- Psychological or psychiatric evaluation
- Development of an individualized service plan
- Initiation of services with a dedicated team of counselors and family advocates
Most of our services are delivered in the consumer's home or another familiar environment. Once the evaluation period is complete, consumers are placed in the appropriate level of service, which may include:
- Core Services: Individual and/or family counseling, group sessions, and behavioral management
- Referrals: To other agencies for services not provided by Pinnacle Point Wellness
Our multidisciplinary team, consisting of a psychiatrist, nurse, licensed counselors, master-level clinicians, and certified addiction counselors, determines the recommended levels of care.
Pinnacle Point Wellness employs a range of treatment and therapeutic services to help consumers develop the social and psychological skills necessary to improve their overall functioning. Our services include:
- Individual counseling and training
- Group counseling
- Family counseling and training
- Consumer community support

- Evaluations and assessments
- Referrals to external services as needed
Our primary focus is always on meeting the consumer's needs through tailored, comprehensive care.
